The Film Submission Period for the fifth annual Blue Water Film Festival (BWFF) is open now until June 14, 2013.
Submissions of short films, feature length, animation and documentaries must meet one of the following two qualifications:

The film must have been shot in the state of Michigan, USA or province of Ontario, Canada.

The individual submitting the film must have participated in its production and have a permanent address in the state of Michigan, USA or province of Ontario, Canada.
All films must be submitted by Friday, June 14, 2013 through www.withoutabox.com
The cost to submit a film is $60 for films 40 minutes and over and $45 for movies less than 39 minutes in duration.
All Official Selections of the 2013 BWFF will be shown in their entirety throughout Saturday, September 28, 2013 at the McMorran Place Theatre in downtown Port Huron. Leading industry professionals from the 2013 Judges’ Panel will select the winning films. A grand prize of $1,000.00 dollars will be presented to “Best Picture BWFF” along with other accolades at the BWFF Awards Ceremony on the evening of September 28.
